Thank you for considering our Discipleship Formation process for your family! This process forms the entire family in faith habits with the goal of forming disciples of Jesus. We hope that you will take all that you receive and share the riches of a life lived in Christ with others.
Discipleship Formation at St. Thomas More has both adult and children/youth components. We are asking you to partner with us to continue this process at home during the weeks when we do not meet at church. Scroll down to learn more about what each of the formation options look like and the five skills.
Navigate to the registration page by clicking the link in the left hand column. Preparation for Reconciliation, Eucharist, and Confirmation may also register through that link.
We offer two family formation options to choose from, described below.

The youth are expected to attend at least once while in grades 6, 7 or 8, but welcome to attend each year. Therefore, if your child is going into 8th grade, please try to have them attend this year. You may register for the retreat now (on the below registration form), on the paper form or at a later date. More information will follow.
We ask that each family member has their own Bible. New students in the grades 1-5 Wednesday option will have one provided for them with their course materials. Other children, youth, and adults will need to purchase one if you do not already own one. We recommend anything by St. Mary's Press. Click the button below for recommendations.
