Gospel Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary:

Rooted in the mission of St. Thomas More, the Gospel Outreach Coordinator has a focus outside the walls of the parish building. The Gospel Outreach Coordinator discerns individual and neighborhood needs and develops creative responses and partnerships to proclaim, teach, and manifest the Kingdom of God in light of those needs to bring healing and hope (pre-Evangelization). The primary responsibility of this position is to inspire and equip parishioners with the formation, resources, and support needed to bring the Gospel into the world in order to bring the world into the church. The ideal candidate is a missionary disciple who is collaborative, humble, and hard-working. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
